Call the nominated Hotel Partner to make reservation. Please advise them of your wish to use an American Express Membership Rewards Certificate.

Quote the respective reservation code.
Step 4
Call Membership Rewards Hotline at 03-2050 0888 to redeem rewards.
Step 5
Your Certificate will be mailed to you within 21 working days.
Step 6
Upon checking-in at the Hotel, please present Certificate at the check-in counter.
